Refund Policy

New Client Classifieds™ provides a website where those who sell advertising space (Publishers) and those who wish to purchase it (Advertisers) come together. New Client Classifieds™ provides the listing space and contact information. Therefore, New Client Classifieds™ cannot and will not be held liable for the actions of the Advertisers and Publishers on this site. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to accuracy of space being offered, details of offerings, ad placement, and communication between Advertisers and Publishers.

Advertisers requesting refunds should contact the Publishers from which the ad was purchased. Publishers issuing refunds will be solely responsible for any and all payments. New Client Classifieds™ does not except fraudulent listings and does not except any responsibility for third party payments. Publishers should issue a refund to Advertisers in accordance with their standard refund policies.

Advertisers requesting refunds should contact the Publishers directly. New Client Classifieds™ does not mediate between Publishers and Advertisers, and is not responsible for refunds, unless explicitly stated here. It is the Advertiser’s responsibility to contact the Publisher to settle any disputes and visa versa.

New Client Classifieds™ cannot and will not be held liable for Advertisers who purchase ads in error or Publishers that sell advertising space in error, and will not issue refunds in accordance with user error.

New Client Classifieds™ is only responsible for refunds in the case of a credit card being incorrectly charged or in the case of a site error that prevents the transaction. See the refunds related to technical problems and payment discrepancies sections below for further details.

New Client Classifieds™ will not issue refunds unless directly related to a site error. In the case of a site error, users should contact New Client Classifieds™ directly: info@newclientclassifieds.com.

New Client Classifieds™ will not provide any refunds to Publishers who purchase Advertiser’s contact information in error. Publishers are solely responsible for any and all information purchased on New Client Classifieds™ unless the Advertiser’s contact information proves to be fraudulent. All users should contact New Client Classifieds™ immediately if they find what they believe to be a fraudulent listing: info@newclientclassifieds.com.

An Advertiser or Publisher may be eligible for a refund if:
     •  card or checking account used without proper authority.
     •  card or checking account charged improper amount.
     •  if a technical malfunction on the site impedes a successful listing of an offer.

The following situations do not warrant refunds from New Client Classifieds™:
     •  Publishers and Advertisers fail to contact one another.
     •  Offers or listings not to specifications.
     •  Failure by New Client Classifieds™ to send an e-mail.

Failure on the part of New Client Classifieds™ to deliver an e-mail to either a Publisher or Advertiser is not grounds for providing a refund because transaction-related information is available on the site. Refunds will not exceed the cost of original payment or charge.

Meet my budget transactions and fees

All fees incurred in association with Meet My Budget offers are the sole responsibility of both Advertisers and Publishers.

If an Advertiser sends a Meet My Budget offer, they must first agree to be serious about 1. Signing an advertising contract, 2. Making a purchase if their offer is accepted and 3. Honoring their initial budget offer. New Client Classifieds™ is not responsible for Advertisers that do not honor their Meet My Budget offers.
If a Publisher chooses to accept a Meet My Budget offer from an Advertiser, they are responsible for all fees associated with acceptance of an offer. No refunds will be issued to either party once the transaction is complete and the Advertiser’s contact information is issued to the Publisher.

Cancellation of Listings

Offers can be updated, renewed and/or cancelled at anytime. If an Advertiser or Publisher chooses to cancel an offer or listing, New Client Classifieds™ cannot and will not be held liable for any remaining time an offer or listing is scheduled to remain current. OnDamandAdz does not prorate canceled offers, listings and/or subscriptions purchased by Advertisers or Publishers. All cancelled offers, listings and subscriptions will therefore forfeit any remaining time and existing payments.

Post-transaction offers and agreements

New Client Classifieds™ is not to be considered part of agreements/deals made after contact information is revealed to each party. New Client Classifieds™ cannot and will not be held liable for agreements/deals made between Publishers and Advertisers.

Requesting a refund

Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any information about your request that will help us to better understand and fix the problem. An New Client Classifieds™ representative will contact you shortly after receipt of your request. If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact NCC: info@newclientclassifieds.com.

Receiving a refund from New Client Classifieds™

New Client Classifieds™ will process all refund requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days. If you do not receive the appropriate credit within 30 days of the request, please e-mail New Client Classifieds™' business department at info@newclientclassifieds.com.
